Our Clerk of Works and Site Inspectors ensure that all site works meet the required quality standards, specifications and regulatory compliance at every project stage.

Involved from the inception of the project, we carry out inspections at the earliest stage to ensure all necessary works are considered and documented. As part of this the Clerk will monitor and record, ensuring that a controlled approach to good quality work takes place.

Our Clerks possess a thorough knowledge of construction inspection practices, including the ability to assess that both workmanship and materials meet required standards. We bring experience in Health & Safety best practices, together with the skills to accurately document and file reports to the required legislative standards and are trained in the obligations of all Contractors and Clients contributing to the project, providing sound and impartial advice that is 100% objective.

With extensive technical construction backgrounds, our team supports the construction process through detailed inspections during the construction programme, evaluating and verifying the specification, materials and workmanship, tracking defects and monitoring remedials, checking works against regulations and industry standards and communicating with all parties regularly.
