We’re proud to announce that we have been appointed as Quantity Surveyor for London Borough of Camden on the major regeneration of Regent’s Park Estate North.
We are already engaged on the project as Employer’s Agent, and this additional appointment further strengthens our role in supporting the successful delivery of this significant, multi-phase regeneration scheme.
Regent’s Park Estate North is a transformative development across four identified sites, forming part of the wider regeneration of the estate and the Euston area. The scheme is expected to deliver:
- Over 500 new homes
- Approximately 50% affordable housing
- New public open spaces
- New commercial units to support local placemaking and regeneration
Our role as Quantity Surveyor will provide cost management, commercial oversight, and value assurance across the programme, helping to ensure successful delivery of high-quality homes and public realm improvements.
We’re proud to be continuing our relationship with Camden on this landmark project and supporting the creation of a thriving, sustainable community.
