We take a proactive approach to ensuring our work benefits individuals, communities, and society. That means going beyond the contract, investing in local people, creating opportunities, and making sure the communities around our projects feel the difference.

At King’s Crescent, residents were at the heart of the process from the very beginning. Through workshops, open days, visits to other regeneration schemes, and dedicated Resident Design Panels, the community had a genuine voice in shaping the places they would call home. Consultation wasn’t a formality; it was a foundation.

At Hill Park School, our team worked in a live primary school specialising in the education of children with special needs. Sensitive to the environment, we organised site walk-arounds so the pupils could understand and engage with the project. The children created artwork displayed around the site, and they received a visit from Father Christmas, a small gesture that meant a great deal to the whole school community.

At Delamere Road, 20% of the workforce was drawn from the local community, and four apprenticeships were created, providing hands-on training and real career pathways. By prioritising local labour and investing in skills, the project strengthened the local economy and gave individuals a genuine foothold in the construction industry.
