Alisha is a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in our London office, having joined Potter Raper in 2016 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor following two summer placements in 2015 and 2016. During her time with us, she has completed a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying part-time and achieved MRICS status.

Alisha’s experience spans a wide range of sectors, including residential, educational, office/commercial, and healthcare. Her work has included refurbishments and fit-outs, cost planning and tendering, and the full range of post-contract activities, as well as supporting the financial elements of fund monitoring projects.

Since joining Potter Raper in 2016, Alisha has:

• Progressed from Trainee to Senior Quantity Surveyor, developing expertise across residential, educational, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
• Delivered Quantity Surveying services from cost planning and tender preparation through to financial reviews, valuations, and variation assessments.
• Developed specialist knowledge in JCT Contracts, tender documentation, life cycle costing, and CostX.
• Supported senior team members on larger, complex schemes while managing her own commissions with increasing confidence and responsibility.
