Ben Brewster achieves Chartered Project Manager status with RICS

We’re delighted to announce that Ben Brewster has successfully passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and achieved Chartered Project Manager status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

This achievement marks an important milestone in Ben’s professional journey and reflects the commitment, perseverance, and expertise demonstrated throughout the chartership process. Achieving RICS status recognises a high standard of technical knowledge and industry expertise, and represents an important step in continued professional development.

Ben brings over 5 years’ experience delivering construction projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, working on schemes with project values ranging from £5 million to £100 million. His background across both Project Management and Cost Consultancy gives him a broad understanding of how to deliver complex projects from inception through to completion.

Throughout his career, Ben has worked closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful outcomes through clear communication, proactive management, and collaborative working.

As he continues to take on new and complex projects, we look forward to seeing his continued growth and contribution to both our clients and the wider industry.

At Potter Raper, we believe our people are our greatest asset. As an Employee Ownership Trust, we’re proud to support professional development and celebrate achievements that strengthen both individual careers and the wider business.
