Last week, we celebrated the topping out of the Summerstown development – a fantastic achievement for everyone involved in this transformative project.

Working alongside Higgins Partnerships and Wandle, we’re proud to help deliver 93 much-needed affordable homes in Southwest London, including:

• 39 London Living Rent homes
• 54 Shared Ownership homes
• An underground car park

Backed by a Greater London Authority social housing grant, this scheme forms part of a wider regeneration initiative, bringing high-quality, energy-efficient homes to the local community.

We’re pleased to be acting as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor, CDM Coordinator, and Clerk of Works, supporting the delivery of this impressive nine-storey residential building.
