Future of London’s first Happy London field trip

We were delighted to be part of Future of London’s first Happy London field trip, held on Tuesday at the award-winning Tower Court development in Hackney.

The event brought together over 20 built environment professionals to explore how inclusive, community-led design can help create happier, healthier places to live.

Our Director, Tom Rose, opened the session with insights into the regeneration of Tower Court – a scheme we’re proud to have supported as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor, and Clerk of Works.

With wellbeing at its core, Tower Court delivers 132 high-quality homes shaped by meaningful community engagement. From playful landscaping to features tailored for the local Charedi community, the scheme is a powerful example of people-first placemaking.

Thank you to Future of London for launching this inspiring programme – we’re proud to be sponsors and look forward to continuing the conversation on designing for happiness.
