We’re proud to announce the promotion of Peter Ahonsi to Senior Employer’s Agent at Potter Raper. Peter joined our Beckenham office in January 2021, progressing from Assistant Employer’s Agent to Employer’s Agent, and now to Senior Employer’s Agent.

With a BSc and MSc, Peter brings 8 years of construction industry experience, specialising in medium to large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. His portfolio includes acting as Employer’s Agent across Development Agreement Contracts, JCT Design & Build, and JCT Intermediate Contracts, including demolition works.

Peter is also experienced with Microsoft Power projects and PHP systems, supporting effective project monitoring, documentation control, and handover processes. In his new role, he will provide day-to-day Employer’s Agent services, advising clients on cost, risk, and programme management, monitoring site progress, mitigating potential delays, and guiding clients on dispute avoidance and resolution.

Peter’s promotion reflects his dedication, expertise, and commitment to delivering successful projects and strong client engagement.
