Islington Council have now entered into contract with Quinn London Ltd to complete the delivery of Beaumont Rise.
The scheme will provide 27 new homes across two five‑storey blocks, including a mix of social rented accommodation and specialist supported‑housing bedsits designed to meet the needs of some of the borough’s most vulnerable residents.
Originally procured under the JCT Intermediate Form of Contract, the project has recently undergone a mid‑programme contractor change. This transition marks a significant moment in the scheme’s progression and requires careful coordination to maintain continuity, quality and programme momentum.
We have been appointed to provide Employers Agent, Health & Safety, Quantity Surveying and Clerk of Works services, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining continuity, quality and compliance as the project progresses. With resident safety and community impact central to the council’s priorities, our role focuses on strengthening oversight, supporting risk management and safeguarding delivery standards through to completion.
Our role focuses on ensuring a smooth contractor handover, strengthening oversight and supporting the client through the next phase of delivery. This includes maintaining rigorous quality assurance, safeguarding compliance, and helping to manage the complexities of delivering supported‑housing accommodation within a constrained urban site.
We look forward to working closely with Islington Council and Quinn London Ltd to bring this much‑needed development to completion this year and deliver high‑quality homes that will have a lasting positive impact for residents.
