Thrilled to see Aylesborough Close shortlisted at the Greater Cambridge Design and Construction Awards 2026.

This is a regeneration project that replaces 36 outdated homes with 70 low‑carbon Passivhaus apartments, all for council rent. It’s a meaningful investment in sustainable, affordable living.

The scheme was delivered by Cambridge Investment Partnership (a joint venture between Cambridge City Council and Hill Group UK), with our team acting as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Clerk of Works, helping to maintain quality and keep delivery on track.

Only 15 projects were shortlisted by the judges from a broad range of submissions received from Greater Cambridge. The awards celebrate the best construction projects completed in the area. Huge congratulations to everyone involved, and good luck tonight.
