We’re recruiting a Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD) to join Potter Raper’s Building Safety team.

You’ll sit at the centre of delivery, supporting clients, coordinating designers and contractors, and driving compliant outcomes under the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Building Regulations.

In this role you will:

• Lead and coordinate the BRPD dutyholder function across projects
• Provide pragmatic compliance advice to clients and project teams
• Support robust design development, evidence trails, and sign-off processes
• Mentor colleagues and help grow our Building Safety service line
