We’re proud to announce the promotion of Rachel Dabner to Senior Bid Coordinator at Potter Raper.

Rachel joined the business in January 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the bids team, managing the completion of SQs and ITTs and overseeing our Frameworks with accuracy and consistency.

Rachel will also take on the role of interim Bid Manager, leading the bids team while our Bid Manager is on maternity leave. In this capacity, Rachel will oversee the day-to-day running of bid submissions, managing the administrative, logistical and compliance work required to ensure proposals are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Rachel’s promotion reflects her hard work, organisation and commitment to supporting Potter Raper’s continued growth.
