We were delighted to attend and sponsor the event marking the start of construction for 10 new rural affordable homes in Cox Ley, Hatfield Heath, Essex.

We are proud to be acting as Employer’s Agents and Principal Designers on this scheme for @Hastoe, supporting the delivery of high-quality, sustainable homes for people with strong local connections to the village.

The development will provide a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, all built to Hastoe’s New-Build Standard, with completion expected by December 2026.

This is Hastoe’s second scheme in Hatfield Heath. The homes have been designed to support local residents, prioritising those who live or work in the village, have close family nearby, or have had to move away due to a shortage of affordable housing.

We look forward to seeing the project progress, with completion estimated towards the end of 2026.
