Fantastic to see continued progress at Summerstown, where we’re working with Higgins Partnerships and Wandle Housing Association to deliver 93 affordable homes in South London.

The scheme, supported by a Greater London Authority Social Housing Grant, includes 39 London Living Rent and 54 Shared Ownership homes within a high-quality, energy-efficient development that forms part of a wider regeneration initiative.

We’re proud to be supporting this transformative project as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor, CDM Coordinator, and Clerk of Works, helping ensure the successful delivery of much-needed new homes for the community.
