This month, we’re proud to recognise Ian Robertson for his outstanding contribution at Potter Raper.

In December 2025, Ian was promoted to Senior Building Surveyor, reflecting his dedication, expertise, and leadership. With over 10 years’ experience delivering Building Surveying services for public sector organisations and heritage clients, Ian brings specialist knowledge in listed buildings, historic monuments, infrastructure, and facilities management.

Ian is also one of our drone specialists, using aerial surveying to enhance site assessments, a key service that helps us deliver more precise and efficient project outcomes. He also plays an important role in mentoring  apprentices and supporting the team’s wider training and development needs.
