We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed to the CHIC Consultancy Framework 2026-2030, run by the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC), having been successful across all seven lots we applied for.
CHIC is a member-owned, not-for-profit consortium that provides compliant procurement solutions and commercial support to housing associations, local authorities and other public sector organisations, helping members secure value, deliver social value and achieve positive environmental outcomes.
The four-year framework provides housing associations, local authorities and other public sector organisations with a compliant and efficient route to procure a wide range of built environment and construction-related consultancy services. Supporting planned investment programmes, individual works contracts and wider asset management projects, the framework gives members access to specialist expertise from project inception through to completion and beyond.
We have been appointed to the following lots:
- Lot 1: Integrated Consultancy Team
- Lot 2: Contract Administrator / Project Management
- Lot 5: Building and Party Wall Surveying
- Lot 6: Quantity Surveying Services
- Lot 9: Clerk of Works, Inspections Regime
- Lot 11: Stock Condition Appraisal Services
- Lot 12: BSA Principal Designer Duties and Building Control
This appointment reflects the breadth of expertise across our teams and our ability to support clients throughout the project lifecycle. Our services span Project and Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Stock Condition appraisal, Clerk of Works inspections and Principal Designer duties, enabling us to provide integrated support across planned investment, compliance and wider asset management programmes.
