This month, we’re delighted to recognise Jordan Webb for an outstanding contribution at Potter Raper.
Jordan joined our Cambridge office in October 2023 as an Associate Director, Building Surveyor, bringing over 20 years of experience and professional qualifications including HND, BSc (Hons) and MRICS. He delivers Building Surveying services to a wide range of public and private sector clients across residential, commercial, heritage, healthcare and educational projects, among others.
Jordan has a particular specialism in dilapidations, with extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in negotiating settlements. Following the Grenfell Tower fire, he also acted as a key adviser to the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) on the cladding remediation fund for aluminium composite materials (ACM), developing the technical due diligence process and making a significant contribution to the industry’s response to building safety. Jordan also leads Potter Raper’s damp and mould programme, working with housing associations and councils to prevent, track and resolve damp and mould issues across their rented housing stock.
In addition to core surveying expertise, Jordan brings strong data and automation capabilities, with proficiency in Microsoft’s Power Platform including Power BI and Power Apps. This enables the development of bespoke solutions for clients managing property portfolios, delivering practical insights tailored to their specific needs.
We share our Employee Spotlights because our people are our greatest asset. As an Employee Ownership Trust, everyone at Potter Raper is personally invested in our success, bringing dedication, accountability, and care to every project and client we serve.
Thank you, Jordan, for your expertise, innovation and commitment, your work adds real depth to our Building Surveying offer and strengthens the wider team.
