Hart Road, a 44-home development in Thundersley delivered for Legal & General Affordable Homes, has been shortlisted in four categories at the Essex Housing Awards 2026, held in association with Birketts and Delta Housing.
Completed in 2026, the scheme was constructed using a closed-panel timber frame system, supported by air source heat pumps and solar panels helping to achieve net zero carbon status. The project was delivered under a JCT Design and Build contract with Rose Builders Ltd.
We provided Quantity Surveyors, Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works, supporting cost planning and overseeing construction delivery with a focus on quality, compliance and strong sustainability performance throughout.
The Essex Housing Awards recognise excellence across the region’s housing sector, and this shortlisting reflects the collaboration between us, Legal & General Affordable Homes and Rose Builders Ltd throughout the scheme’s delivery.
