Employee Spotlight: Joanne Humphrey

This month, we’re proud to recognise Joanne Humphrey for an outstanding contribution at Potter Raper.

Joining Potter Raper’s Colchester office in March 2007, Joanne has been a cornerstone of the Colchester team for nearly two decades. Beginning in a part-time role and progressing to full-time, Joanne serves as the Directors Secretary to Paul Denny and Richard Chisnall, and plays a central role in the smooth day-to-day running of the operations.

Joanne is responsible for processing and issuing fees for the Colchester office and handling all related financial queries. She also leads on bid and submission administration for the office, coordinating and preparing of material to tight deadlines with accuracy and care.

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Joanne plays an important role in supporting colleagues across the business as a First Aider, Mental Health First Aider, and member of the Employee Forum Team, helping to promote wellbeing, engagement and a positive workplace culture.

We share our Employee Spotlights because our people are our greatest asset. As an Employee Ownership Trust, everyone at Potter Raper is personally invested in our success, bringing dedication, accountability, and care to every project and client we serve.

🎉 Thank you, Joanne, for your loyalty, expertise and commitment, your work is at the heart of everything the Colchester office does.
