Delivered for Legal & General Affordable Homes, the development on Hart Road, Thundersley provides 44 high-quality new build homes designed to achieve 100% Net Zero Carbon in operation.

The project adopts advanced Modern Methods of Construction, including the Donaldson Timber Systems Sigma II closed panel timber frame system, reducing embodied carbon, site waste and transport impacts while improving quality and efficiency.

Sustainability has been embedded throughout design and delivery, with measurable carbon and environmental KPIs ensuring performance is actively managed alongside cost, programme and quality.
