This month, we’re proud to recognise Nicky Silvey for her outstanding contribution at Potter Raper.

Joining Potter Raper’s Colchester office in 2006, Nicky is celebrating 20 years with Potter Raper this year. As an Associate Director, she delivers Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent, Project Management and Contract Administrator services, and she has played a pivotal role in shaping many of our new build and refurbishment projects.

Nicky has worked with both public and private clients across multiple sectors including residential and commercial schemes, bringing depth of expertise, consistency, and exceptional client care to every project she leads.

She oversees projects from inception to completion, managing contracts, cost planning, and client communication with precision. She also mentors our team of Surveyors, ensuring every project runs smoothly and efficiently.
