Cambridge Campus Careers Fair

We’re thrilled to have attended the Cambridge Campus Careers Fair last week, a fantastic opportunity to engage with students and share the reality of careers in construction. Career fairs allow us to highlight the variety of roles and career paths available and demonstrate how Potter Raper supports and develops emerging talent.

Why Career Fairs Matter

Career fairs aren’t just about recruitment, they’re about:

  • Inspiring the next generation of construction professionals
  • Sharing insights from real-life projects and roles
  • Helping students understand their options in the construction industry

Meet Our Team

Representing Potter Raper were:

  • Jo October, Associate Director Project Manager
  • Mitchell Allain, Senior Project Manager
  • Stephen Medhurst, Senior Quantity Surveyor

They spent the day sharing their experiences, answering questions, and offering guidance to students exploring a future in construction.
