First handover completed at Perry Road through the Harlow Regeneration Partnership

Our first handovers with Harlow District Council are taking place today at Perry Road, Harlow, marking a major milestone for the Harlow Regeneration Partnership, the joint venture between Harlow Council and The Hill Group. Perry Road is the first of three projects to be delivered through the partnership, making today’s handover an especially significant moment.

This redevelopment of the former Lister House site delivers 24 high‑quality, energy‑efficient council homes, comprising:

  • 20 two‑bedroom apartments (including 4 adapted two‑bedroom homes with rise‑and‑fall worktops and accessible wet rooms)
  • 4 one‑bedroom apartments

The scheme also includes a ground‑floor commercial unit, EV charging points for every home, photovoltaic panels, air‑source heat pumps, and a mix of car and cycle parking. New tree planting and landscaped areas further enhance biodiversity across the site.

We were pleased to be involved, acting as the Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Clerk of Works.

A huge well done to everyone involved, including our Potter Raper team Mitchell Allain, Jo October, David Box and Ben Grain.
