Fatih brings 8 years’ experience delivering project management services across sectors including residential, healthcare, office fit-outs, and student accommodation, covering projects of varying sizes, budgets, and complexities.

Fatih’s expertise includes Employer’s Agent services, programme management, stakeholder management, project finance, and development & funding agreements. He plays a key role in guiding the project team, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities, and delivering projects successfully. He works closely with clients, contractors, architects, cost managers, and engineers to ensure all information, requirements, and standards are met.

With extensive experience in new-build residential developments, including pre- and post-contract work with private clients and joint venture partnerships, Fatih is highly skilled in navigating project complexities while maintaining strong collaboration across all stakeholders.

Fatih is an active member of our Employee Ownership Trust Board, Employee Forum and Mental Health Team, supporting wellbeing and engagement across Potter Raper. His dedication to collaboration and professional growth strengthens both our culture and project delivery capabilities.
