We’re proud to have been involved in the successful delivery of the Brizes Corner development in Kelvedon Hatch, with the final affordable homes recently handed over to Home Group and Persona Homes.

The scheme comprises 17 Shared Ownership and 7 Affordable Rent homes, delivered from start to finish in just 15 months. During construction, the project team were recognised with a well-deserved LABC Warranty Site Recognition Award a testament to the quality and commitment shown throughout.

It has been a pleasure working alongside Stonebond and Home Group on this project, and we look forward to continuing our strong relationship on the next development in Shenfield.
