We’re proud to celebrate Tower Court winning Excellence in Planning for Communities (large schemes of 50 homes or more) at the RTPI Awards.

Acting as Project Managers, Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor, and Clerk of Works, we were delighted to support this Council-led scheme for the London Borough of Hackney.

With wellbeing at its core, Tower Court delivers 132 high-quality homes shaped by meaningful community engagement. From playful landscaping to features tailored for the local Charedi community, it stands as a powerful example of people-first placemaking.

This latest recognition further cements Tower Court as a benchmark for inclusive housing and community-led regeneration, having already received multiple awards.
