Transformation of the former Catford Police Station

We’re delighted to announce that the transformation of the former Catford Police Station into 63 new affordable homes has gained unanimous planning approval at Lewisham Council committee last week.

Developed by Phoenix Community Housing, the scheme will deliver:

  • Two new residential blocks and the conversion of the former police station
  • A new pedestrian route with a playful public realm design
  • Communal courtyards and garden spaces for residents to play, relax, and connect
  • Passivhaus principles embedded throughout, ensuring fabric efficiency, indoor comfort, and sustainability

We are proud to be acting as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, supporting the delivery of this important project for the community.
