This impressive 9-storey residential development is well underway, bringing 93 much-needed affordable homes to Southwest London:

• 54 Shared Ownership homes
• An underground car park

Located near the new AFC Wimbledon stadium, this project is a key part of the area’s ongoing regeneration, supported by a GLA social housing grant. With a focus on high-quality, energy-efficient homes, Summerstown will provide a fantastic new living space for the community.
