The project includes the extension of an existing distribution centre for Next and the construction of a new car park.
The works were carried out in partnership with Legal & General and NEXT to extend NEXT’s existing distribution warehouse at Brookfield Park.
The extension was by 18,895 m2 (20m high) and created new parking spaces for 492 cars (including 27 disabled parking spaces).
The site is located on the outskirts of Rotherham in a wider area that has been granted Enterprise Zone status to encourage investment and create jobs.
The extension will include a mix of office (high level) and industrial space as well as a new service yard and loading bays.
