Project Summary
A Build-to-Rent scheme comprising 6 blocks designed to mirror the industrial legacy of the area – 500 one and two-bedroom apartments, 100 of which are affordable housing.
The Legacy development is the cornerstone of the comprehensive redevelopment of Wirral Waters, a 500-acre brownfield site and former dockland.
This development will transform the area into a sustainable, mixed use, high density development that will enhance and regenerate the area.
Peel L&P has launched a 30-year strategy for the site to make it the largest regeneration project in the UK and create up to 20,000 permanent jobs.
The Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) is the sole investor in the Legacy project.
