We’re thrilled to share two of our projects, Fen Road and Peasecroft, have been nominated for the Best Small Social Housing Development Award at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2025!

Our Director, Michael Bull, and Associate, Jo October, will be attending the Grand Finals at Grosvenor House to represent Potter Raper.

Fen Road: 21 sustainable homes, Cambridge City Council’s first Passivhaus-certified council homes, with low-carbon tech for lower energy bills and high comfort.

Peasecroft: Four bungalows replaced with seven new homes with gardens and parking, delivered safely and fully CDM-compliant.
