Sky Studios, Elstree is a landmark film and television production campus, delivered in Phase 1 as a £193m, state-of-the-art facility. Spanning over 585,000 sq ft of studio and production space, the campus is home to Sky Originals, as well as major international film and TV productions including Wicked, Jurassic World, Paddington in Peru, and Bridget Jones. Its design and delivery have earned recognition from BAFTA Albert as the world’s most sustainable film and TV studio and achieved BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, and multiple industry award shortlisting’s.
Our Role:
We were engaged throughout Phase 1 to provide a comprehensive range of services, including:
- Project Manager, Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor, CDM – Principal Designer and Building Surveyor
- Strategic value engineering, delivering £3.5m in client savings.
- Early risk identification, procurement planning, and sustainability-led decision making.
This work ensured the project was delivered efficiently, sustainably, and to the highest industry standards.
