A massive congratulations to the site team from Lexden Gardens for completing the 40 for 40 Charity Bike Ride for St Helena Hospice last week! 🚴‍♂️

In collaboration with Kind & Co, Perega Limited, and Essex Housing, the team cycled 40 miles from Colchester to Bury St Edmunds, celebrating St Helena’s 40th year of caring for the Northeast Essex community. A special shout-out to our Director, Paul Denny, who undertook the ride on behalf of Potter Raper – fantastic effort!

We’re thrilled to share that the day was a huge success – raising over £10,000 for this incredible local cause, far surpassing the original £4,000 target.

A huge well done to everyone involved. Your commitment, energy, and dedication to the community is truly inspiring – and it’s made a real difference for such a worthy cause.
