Sam Murphy – Beckenham Office

Sam has five years’ experience as an Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyor, working across a wide range of refurbishment and new-build projects. His portfolio spans small residential refurbishments through to larger new-build schemes, developing strong skills in measurement and cost planning, contracts, life-cycle costing and financial reporting.

While Sam’s work is predominantly in the residential sector, he has also gained valuable experience in commercial projects, broadening his knowledge across different project types and stages.

Danni Lethbridge – London Office

Danni also brings five years of experience as an Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyor, contributing to projects across the education, commercial, residential and retail sectors. She has developed skills in measurement and cost planning, contracts and financial reporting, and continues to build her early-career expertise by working closely with senior members across a variety of project types.
