Employee Spotlight: Charlotte Scutt

This month, we’re delighted to recognise Charlotte Scutt for her outstanding contribution at Potter Raper.

Joining Potter Raper’s Beckenham office in 2016 as a Secretary/Administrator within the Building Surveying department, Charlotte has built a remarkable career moving into the Bid department as a Marketing and Bid Assistant in 2018 and progressing to Bid Manager in 2022.

As Bid Manager, Charlotte oversees all bids and manages the team’s workload, supporting in writing bids and coordinating the assembly of submission materials to strict deadlines. She keeps track of all current public sector frameworks Potter Raper is registered on and monitors upcoming renewals, ensuring we remain an approved supplier for public sector clients. Charlotte is also responsible for maintaining our bid library, tracker and templates, keeping all information accurate, up to date and aligned with the needs of the business.

Charlotte’s role requires exceptional communication and organisational skills, working alongside senior staff across all of our offices, and she has consistently delivered with professionalism and care, reflecting our proactive, quality-driven and solution-focused approach.
