Nicola has always championed inclusive, supportive environments within the construction industry. Her leadership reflects our wider commitment at Potter Raper to creating opportunities, elevating diverse voices and supporting women at every stage of their careers.

The Women in Construction Lunch brings together professionals from across the sector for an afternoon of connection, conversation and shared experience, a space designed to inspire, encourage and strengthen the community of women working in construction.
