This month, we’re delighted to recognise Alison Barritt for her outstanding contribution at Potter Raper.

Alison joined our Beckenham office in November 2015 as Payroll Manager. With extensive knowledge of payroll processes and in-house systems across both the HR and Finance teams, she has built up a deep understanding of how the two functions work together to keep pay and reward running smoothly for everyone at Potter Raper.

Alison manages all aspects of monthly payroll, expenses and salary sacrifice schemes, working closely with HR to ensure payroll accuracy across the business. Her role sits at the intersection of two busy teams, and her attention to detail means that whether it is a change in circumstances, a new starter, or a salary sacrifice query, employees can be confident their pay is handled correctly and on time, month after month.

Recently, Alison played a key role in the roll-out of our new HiBob platform, supporting colleagues through the transition to the new system. This involved working closely with colleagues across HR and Finance to ensure data was migrated accurately and that the new platform integrates smoothly with existing payroll processes, minimising disruption for staff during the changeover.
