We’re delighted to congratulate Charlotte Scutt, who is celebrating 10 years with Potter Raper!
Charlotte joined our Beckenham office in August 2016, starting out as a Secretary/Administrator in Building Surveying. Since then, she’s built a career within the Bid department, moving from Marketing and Bid Assistant in 2018 to Bid Manager in 2022.
Charlotte’s role centres on Potter Raper’s bid function and its relationship with public and private sector clients. She oversees all bids and manages the team’s workload, assists in writing bids were required, and pulls together the information needed for submissions, all to strict deadlines. Her work requires strong communication and organisational skills, working closely with senior staff across all offices.
Over her 10 years with Potter Raper, Charlotte has:
- Progressed from Secretary/Administrator in Building Surveying to Bid Manager, taking on increasing responsibility along the way
- Overseen Potter Raper’s bid submissions, coordinating input from across the business to meet strict deadlines
- Kept track of current public sector frameworks and upcoming renewals, helping to secure Potter Raper’s ongoing status as a supplier to public sector clients
- Maintained and developed the bid library, tracker and templates, ensuring information remains recent and relevant to the business
As Charlotte prepares to go on maternity leave in September, everyone at Potter Raper wishes her all the very best.
