We are attending the London Real Estate Forum (LREF) 2026 at Guildhall in the City of London on 16th September.
Organised by New London Architecture (NLA), LREF brings together around 2,000 leaders from government, investment and development for a day of discussion on the future of London’s built environment. As a multi-discipline construction consultancy working across housing, higher education, heritage and commercial sectors, we welcome the chance to hear directly from clients, contractors and industry peers at events like LREF. If you are also attending and would like to meet, please get in touch to arrange a time to talk.
About the London Real Estate Forum
LREF is widely regarded as London’s premier real estate event, and 2026 marks another edition held at the historic Guildhall in the heart of the City. This year’s theme, Connectivity, examines how well London’s built environment sector connects people, places and sectors, rather than simply whether it does. Sessions across several stages will cover housing delivery and affordability, transport-led development, workplaces and innovation districts, net zero carbon buildings and heat networks, digital connectivity, and place-based investment in transport, energy, data and social infrastructure. Alongside keynote addresses and panel discussions, the programme includes borough-level conversations with London’s local authority leaders and roundtables focused on the practical delivery challenges facing the sector.
Our Team at the Forum
Representing Potter Raper at LREF is Ryan Appleton, Project Director and Quantity Surveyor in our Colchester office Stephen Medhurst, Associate Director and Quantity Surveyor in our Cambridge office; and Shane Lynch, Senior Quantity Surveyor in our London office.
