Proud to announce completion at Arnal Crescent, Wandsworth

Two new-build blocks have been successfully completed at 59A Arnal Crescent, Wandsworth, SW18, delivering four new homes for the London Borough of Wandsworth. The development was constructed by Star Contractors on a brownfield car park site, with design led by the Richmond and Wandsworth Council Design Service.

The development comprises two 2-storey blocks, Block A and Block B, each providing a ground floor and first floor flat. The four homes include two one-bedroom and two two-bedroom maisonettes. Ground floor flats have been designed and built to M4(2) accessible and adaptable dwelling standard, ensuring homes can meet a wider range of occupant needs over time.

A Sustainable Development

Sustainability has been central to the project, with air source heat pumps serving both blocks and all flats benefiting from mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) and underfloor heating, helping to reduce operational energy use and lower running costs for residents.

Brownfield First

The scheme makes efficient use of a previously underused car park site, bringing land back into productive residential use in an established urban neighbourhood.
