Potter Raper to compete in the JLL Property Triathlon 2026

We are delighted to announce that a Potter Raper team will be competing in the JLL Property Triathlon on Friday 26 June 2026 at Dorney Lake, Windsor. Now in its 19th year, the event is one of the UK property sector’s most well-established sporting occasions, bringing together around 3,500 property professionals for a day of sport, competition, and fundraising.

The event

The JLL Property Triathlon takes place each year at Dorney Lake – the same venue used for the 2012 Olympic Games. Participants can enter the full sprint triathlon, a relay, a duathlon, an open-water swim, or a 5km run, with wave starts throughout the morning. The flat, fast course makes it a popular choice for first-timers and experienced athletes alike.

Our team will be taking on either the sprint triathlon: a 750m open-water swim, a 21.2km bike ride, and a 5km run or the duathlon – a 5km run, 21.2km bike ride, finishing with a 2.5km run. Training has already begun.

Fundraising for Age UK

The 2026 charity partner is Age UK, with funds raised supporting the Age UK Advice Line and Telephone Friendship Service – vital services that help older people access support and reduce loneliness. We are proud to be taking part in an event that combines sport with a genuinely worthwhile cause.
