Housing Digital Innovation Awards

Nicky Silvey, Associate Director, and Darcy Carroll, Trainee Quantity Surveyor, attended the Housing Digital Innovation Awards on 4 February as guests of Hastoe Housing Association.

We’re pleased to see the Martlesham project was highly commended, a fantastic recognition of the team’s work and the strong partnership behind the scheme.

The development delivers 47 high‑quality new homes (23 for shared ownership and 24 for social rent), along with a new car park for the neighbouring school and a small play area to benefit the wider community. Potter Raper acted as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, supporting the project from inception through design, planning, tender and delivery.

A big thank you to Hastoe for the invitation and for their continued collaboration.
