And a special shout-out to Cambridge Investment Partnership, shortlisted for ‘Best Development Team – Urban’. We’ve been proud to collaborate with them since 2018, supporting the delivery of 9 projects, providing over 700 new homes, a community centre, nursery, retail space, and open green space.
