1,000 homes delivered!

A landmark milestone for Cambridge Investment Partnership

We’re proud to have supported the recent handover of Aylesborough Close and mark the 1,000th home delivered by Cambridge Investment Partnership, a joint venture between Cambridge City Council and Hill Group UK.

This award-winning regeneration project replaces 36 outdated homes with 70 new, low-carbon apartments built to Passivhaus standards – 100% of which are for council rent. Sustainable features include solar panels, MVHR units, and green roofs to enhance biodiversity and cut carbon.

We’ve been working with Cambridge Investment Partnership since 2018 and have supported the delivery of 9 projects, providing over 700 new homes, a community centre, nursery, retail space, and open green space.

At Aylesborough Close, we acted as Employer’s Agent, Clerk of Works, and Quantity Surveyor, ensuring delivery stayed on track, risks were managed, and quality remained high.
