We are pleased to announce that our project at Martlesham in Suffolk has handed over ahead of programme and we were delighted to attend the official opening scheme on Friday.

This high-quality development delivered 47 new affordable homes – 23 for shared ownership and 24 for social rent – helping to meet local housing needs. Construction began in October 2023 and handed over ahead of schedule in May 2025.

The scheme included a new car park for the nearby school and a small play area including an accessible roundabout to benefit the wider community. There’s also potential for a future phase of development on the site’s north-east corner.
