We are proud to announce the topping out of the Arnold Road project. Set against stunning views of a sunlit London skyline, Mayor Rahman marked the milestone with a traditional bricklaying ceremony.

This scheme will deliver:
🏠 65 new homes – 100% affordable, with 10% wheelchair accessible
🏢 5 new small business units
Supporting Tower Hamlets Council’s commitment to deliver 4,000 new social homes for rent across the borough.

The project team has worked hard to reach this point, overcoming the complexities of the site and programme with collaboration and determination.
