Project Summary

Colville Road Phase 2 created 67 units for Affordable Rent comprising a large block of 63 flats and 4 individual town houses. A follow on ‘Phase 3’ project on a neighbouring plot is now also on site consisting of a further 45 units as well as Commercial units.

The site, once occupied by two blocks of 24 post-war aging council homes, has been transformed into much-needed social housing as part of a two-phase masterplan.

Our team has managed the client’s various stakeholders and closely monitor the programme, risks and costs, as well as overseeing the construction works for the client and ensuring compliance with the Employer’s Requirements. We are supporting Cambridge City Council’s master programme as part of their Joint Venture known as Cambridge Investment Partnership to deliver multiple schemes across the City.
