Project Summary
Design and construction of 49 private sale apartments with the implementation of an underground car park and a centralised private courtyard area.
The site is located in the heart of Marylebone in the City of Westminster, which lies within the Lisson Grove Conservation Area.
The most striking aspect of the façade is the brickwork formation which was produced offsite and installed accordingly in its respective brick panels. The main entrance separates the north and south blocks and is marked with the a corbelled stone surround. The balustrades are simple yet elegant echoing those of the railings of typical Georgian terraces.
