Fergus is an Associate Director – Project Manager based in our London office. He joined Potter Raper in September 2016 as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and has since progressed through the business to his current role. Fergus holds a BSc (Hons) and has achieved MAPM status.

Fergus’s experience spans retail, education, healthcare, office/commercial, and fit-out sectors, with projects ranging in value from £500k to £110m. His work covers the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and procurement through to construction, handover and aftercare, delivering Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, and Fund Monitoring services on both small commercial schemes to large, complex developments.

Since joining Potter Raper in 2016, Fergus has:

• Progressed from Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Associate Director – Project Manager, developing expertise across retail, education, healthcare, commercial, and fit-out sectors.
• Delivered comprehesive Project Management services, including programme management, design team coordination, contract administration, and stakeholder reporting.
• Built specialist knowledge in JCT and NEC Contracts, defects inspection, due diligence, timber frame construction, soft landings, and ASTA Power Project.
• Taken on increasing responsibility for managing complex projects and client relationships, while supporting the wider team on larger commissions.
