Jo is a Project Director based in our Cambridge office, having joined Potter Raper in August 2021. During her time with us, she has progressed to lead the Cambridge Project Management Team.

Jo brings over 15 years’ experience in the construction and property sectors, delivering Project Management and Employer’s Agent services across the full development lifecycle, from feasibility and procurement through construction and aftercare, for clients in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Her sector experience spans residential, education, office fit-out, university, commercial, leisure and pharmaceutical projects, with a particular focus on stakeholder management and end-user experience.

Since joining Potter Raper in 2021, Jo has:

• Progressed to Project Director, taking on strategic responsibility for complex, multi-site schemes and leading the Cambridge Project Management Team.
• Delivered Project Management services across a broad range of sectors, leading on risk, programme, quality, and cost reporting.
• Supported business development through bid writing and fee management, while mentoring the wider team and serving as a Mental Health First Aider.
